Are you ready to see the top 25 Diffuser Recipes with Essential Oils?!? This is about to get serious.
What's Diffusing?
Well, that's totally important to know if you're going to read this post. It's awesome. It's wonderful. It'll change your life. You can read all about Why You Should Diffuse Essential Oils in this article if you want all the juicy tidbits, but I'll give you an overall summary of what diffusion happens to be.
Diffusing is not only a chemical free air freshener or a way to help purify the air, but it does a lot of other things like helping to change mood, boost energy, or change your mindset. It can also help to improve typical stress or daily "moods" or improve concentration or focus. It's a great asset because it can do just about anything!
To make a long story short-- you put water and essential oils in a diffuser, turn it on and it poofs out amazingness into your air! It's super easy and very awesome. Just watch this video to learn more about how to diffuse essential oils in a cold water diffuser (which is totally the most popular thing to do right now-- I would know because I do it all that time and I'm cool. Right. Right?)

I'm VERY new to essential oils. I haven't even gotten my Premium Starter Kit in the mail yet :-( But I'm really excited! I've heard using diffuser necklaces are a great way to diffuse on the go.
ReplyDeleteWould you use the same number of drops if you're using a necklace, or would you decrease? If so, by how much?
Yes! A diffuser necklace is a fantastic way to get aromatherapy ALL day. I use much fewer drops usually no more than 3 drops total
DeleteI love this post. I am a Young Living member and am sharing in our Facebook group. I found you looking for the Mojito recipe for the diffuser. My friend, Katja, has developed a jewelry line. I love it. https://www.skimbacolifestyle.com/product/silver-diffuser-neclace-lava-bead/ref/leighhines
DeleteWould it be necessary to dilute essential oils when using them for diffuser necklace?
ReplyDeleteNo dilution necessary for necklaces. And you will probably need much less than these recipes.
DeleteMy recommendation is to mix it in a small 5 ml bottle and drip 1-2 drops on your necklace at a time.
