Congrats for being awesome! Looking into non-toxic beauty is one of the best things you can do for your own health and the wellbeing of your family.
It is SCARY what is out there! In the USA, cosmetic companies do not have to have their ingredients tested outside of their facility and the FDA doesn't investigate the ingredient unless they have significant reports of adverse effects. Isn't that CRAZY?!

What do you think of the young living cleanser, serum ect? I was looking at the orange blossom cleanser and wolfberry eye cream and the sesrum. I want to try some of the ready made products for the face and wonder what your favorites are? I am in my early 50's so looking for a good moisturizer and for under the eye.
ReplyDeleteThey are great! A lot of people use them and love them and I will give you a tip!
DeleteDilute the orange blossom cleanser by 1/2. Just pour half into an old foam soap pump, fill the rest with water and have at it. It works just as well and it will save you some money! :) Good luck!
Hi Sherri,
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, and am learning so much!I started on the natural shampoo route a week ago. I have just purchased 3 of the the Beauty and the Bees shampoo bars that you recommended and wonder if I should try them yet or wait a little longer, as my hair is just past my shoulders and highlighted blonde. I have washed once with just honey and water followed by ACV rinse and then a couple of days later tried rye flour made into a paste followed by the ACV rinse and today again trying the rye flour followed by ACV. My hair gets very dry on the ends and prior to the natural method, greasy on the roots, although at the moment not so much.
Also, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know your up to date skincare routine and latest choice of haircare.
Thank you so much for the helpful advice!
